We will focus on the calendar, weather, alphabet, phonics, counting, sight words, reading, storytime, and many more foundational skills using songs and active learning. The schedule is as follows: Week of 09/27/22: CircleTime/ All About Me Week of 10/04/22: CircleTime/Apples Week of 10/11/22: CircleTime/Five Senses Week of 10/18/22: Topic/Fall Week of 10/25/22 CircleTime/Pumpkins Addition Units that will be covered- Calendar (Days of the Week and Months of the Year including discussion of various holidays) - Writing the Date - Learn and Review Numbers, Counting 1-100 by Ones, Fives, and Tens. - Name 2-D and 3-D Shapes - Rhyming - Interactive Read Aloud - Show and Tell Learners will practice good listening and respectful behavior while following directions during CircleTime. Students will be encouraged and praised for participation.
