This one-time class is for learners who are currently enrolled in Advanced Placement (AP) courses and are planning on taking their AP exams in May. This lecture-based class will provide learners with test taking strategies, tips for beating test anxiety, and general information about the AP program. I'm a masters-level counselor, and I've worked as a licensed school counselor with students across all grade levels from kindergarten through grade 12. Throughout my time as a school counselor, I have helped teach general strategies for managing anxiety, especially anxiety around taking tests. Additionally, I served for four years as the AP Coordinator for one of North Dakota's largest AP programs.
