Class Experience

I was in the US Coast Guard and my journey getting in was not easy. I had to lose 100 pounds and work very hard to finally get accepted. In this class I will talk about what to expect in boot camp and how to prepare for boot camp. I will talk about how you can lose weight safely but quickly and basic exercises to get in shape and ready for boot camp. I will also talk about do's and don'ts and how to get through the mental challenges of basic training. 

We will discuss things like:

What to expect, yelling, screaming, exercises, routines, schedules, memorizing, class room. 

How to prepare, prepare your bank account, emergency contacts, working out, eating right, learn some basic stuff you will have to memorize.

What to look forward to

I have a great deal of knowledge about all the U.S. military branches as I considered all of them before I joined the Coast Guard and have family and friends that have served in each one of the 6 branches.

I will also leave 10 - 15 minutes for questions at the end so students that want ask questions will have plenty of time. 

I will NOT attempt by any means to recruit students or even encourage students to join. My goal is to simply help those that already have an interest.
