Description

Class Experience

Student will learn how to get in shape physically and mentally for military service. 
I was in the US Coast Guard and my journey getting in was not easy. I had to lose 100 pounds and work very hard to finally get accepted. In this class I will talk about what to expect in boot camp and how to prepare for boot camp. I will talk about how you can lose weight safely but quickly and basic exercises to get in shape and ready for boot camp. I will also talk about do's and don'ts and how to get through the mental challenges of basic training. 
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
