US Grade 5
Join this class to build community in a small group while getting ready for 5th grade math! Each qualified educator brings unique gifts and talents to share with your learner, but they are all fun, energetic, and engaging. This class is a review of all 4th Grade mathematics in a short 4-week course. Learners will learn all concepts and be able to confidently move forward to 5th grade math. We will review the following concepts: - multiplication - long division - area - perimeter - fractions Week 1 topics- Multiplication/Long division Week 2 topics- Long division Week 3 topics- Area/ Perimeter and fractions Week 4- Review of what the children have the hardest time with. At the end of this class, learners be prepared for 5th grade math! We will work at the pace of our learners, additional support is available for learners struggling with a specific concept.
Learning Goals
Student will improve their ability in math. They will be prepared to start 5th grade math standards.
