Prepare for AP Calculus AB - Summer Math Boot Camp w/ a HS Teacher - Self Paced

In this self-paced math boot camp class, we will be reviewing all of the following concepts learned in Precalculus that will help students prepare for taking AP Calculus AB. To succeed in this class, it is best for students to have completed a full year of Precalculus.

Week 1 - functions, factoring, trigonometry, rational expressions, lines, 
Week 2 - average rate of change, exponents, logarithms, composite and inverse functions
Week 3 - graphing, polynomials, miscellaneous topics

Since this is a self-paced class, lessons will be recorded and posted on the Outschool Classroom page. Each lesson will be taught through slides while students take down notes in their notebooks. Students are expected to watch the video and take notes on the material that is delivered. I will then prompt students to pause the video and work on the classwork problems independently. After they have done that, they can continue to watch the video and see my explanations for the classwork problems. This is a great way for them to assess themselves immediately and know where they are comfortable and where they need extra practice.
