Description
Class Experience
Pre-K, K, and 1st Grade students will develop their literacy skills to create a strong foundation in Reading.
Ms. Roxana's Qualifications I have a Master's of Arts in Bilingual/Bicultural Childhood Education from Columbia University's Teachers College and a Childhood Education, Early Childhood Education, Bilingual Extension, and Special Education teaching certificate from the NY State Department of Education. I have taught in NYC schools for the past 7 years and am very passionate about teaching Reading! I am excited to be teaching with Outschool and getting to meet YOU! Ms. Roxana's Teaching Style My role is to be a Facilitator of Knowledge and to teach my students to think critically and question everything! Each class is different and I carefully craft my lessons to include my students’ interests. I aim to engage and connect with each student and help them master Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade literacy skills! I teach with patience, excitement, and encouragement.
