This is an ongoing one on one tutoring session for students in Kindergarten, First, or Second grade. Students will focus on a specific skill in one subject area (reading, writing, or math) chosen by the parent.

The teacher will send home a progress report at the end of each month to update parents on what activities we did, behavior, what the learner is still struggling with, and what the learner did well in.Class Experience
US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - Kindergarten
In this ongoing class learners will work one on one with a certified teacher. Learners in Preschool, PreK, and Elementary school are welcome in this class. Learners can work on reading, math, or both. Please contact the teacher before the first class with the area(s) of concern. This allows the teacher time to plan the individualized instruction before the first class. If not the teacher can will conduct an assessment during the first class to see where the learners area of need is. Possible topics (but not limited to): Reading - letter identification, letter sounds, reading/spelling CVC words (cat), sight words, reading sentences, and more. Math - counting, addition, subtracting, angels, and more.
Learning Goals
Students will focus on a learning goal specified by the parent and teacher.

Worksheets (if needed) sent to parents before each session. Pencil/paper or whiteboard/expo marker

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
