Description

Class Experience

Introducing young children to the joy of music! Beginning with silly movement exercises we will get students on their feet and ready to engage in singing along with my favorite clownfish ukulele. Throughout the lesson we even sneak in some music theory! Every class I teach is appropriately paced to ensure young children are fully engaged and having fun with learning! Each lesson is based on a theme from “Under the Sea” to “Super Song heroes” to “Old McDonald Had a Farm”. I look forward to...

Let's build on your child's musical knowledge with my new ongoing class! Each class is structured for musical fun and learning. Followed is the outline of what each class will look like.
1) Welcome to Music Class! -Where we will go around and meet other Musical Maestros and sing a welcome song together on my clownfish ukulele
2) Singing Fundamentals with Theme of the Day- Each class will have a special theme with songs and activities specifically for that theme!
3) Music Theory- Let's build on our musical knowledge of note values, rhythms, solfege and so much more!
4) Musical Story Time
5) Goodbye song!

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
