Description

Class Experience

Students will learn some common prefixes and suffixes in biology. They will learn to break down big biological terms into manageable chunks. They will also learn to use games to help with learning these terms!
I have a degree in Anthropology & Human Biology with a double major of Biology. I've always weirdly loved learning biological terminology and want to help others be able to break it down!
I will provide a printable cheat sheet (created by me!) for students to fill out along with class. While printing it is highly preferable, it can be used on a computer in a PDF editor. I also recommend you bring some highlighters to class! This isn't required, but some students like them to group prefixes and suffixes together.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
