Description
Class Experience
Welcome to my class! I taught preschool for 5-years, and second grade for two years, and also taught special needs students for two years. I am now teaching my preschooler at home along with my soon-to-be third-grader. I believe in hands-on learning and involving the whole family in the education of the student. In this course, families will be assigned activities to complete with their learners. This family time is so beneficial to the student and you will soon see how enjoyable it is to have this time of bonding. I look forward to teaching your child and I know we will have a lot of fun together.
I will assign family activities daily.
Parents will need to check the supplies list for each day from the curriculum book. This will need to be gathered before the daily lesson to ensure that all supplies are at hand. There are no assessments used in this curriculum.
1 hour 40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parents will need to be sitting with the student but off-camera to assist the student throughout the lesson. Parents will need to make sure that all materials are ready and at hand for the student to grab when needed.
