Homework
Frequency: 7 or more throughout the classFeedback: as neededDetails: This year I am piloting online practice with DeltaMath. Paper assignments will be available for those that would rather have that. After the class starts, you will be given a DeltaMath account that you can choose to practice with. I have found that everyone learns in different ways and sometimes we need a mixture of Desmos, DeltaMath and paper assignments to really learn and enjoy the content.Assessment
Frequency: 7 or more throughout the classDetails: Assessments will be given at minimum once a unit. If you would like a grade, I am happy to give it to along with a report card. If you would rather a Pass/Fail class, please let me know and I will let you know the individualized criteria. I will also look for informal and individualized ways to assess knowledge.Letter Grade
Frequency: 1 after class completionDetails: Assessments will be given by unit. If students would like a grade, they must turn in assessments.
Precalculus Semester 1

A graphing Calculator such as a TI -84 CE, however you can also use the phone app Calculate84 (which emulates a TI-84). An online graphing or scientific calculator can also work.
