Hola y bienvenido! Hello and welcome! We will be exploring Dia De Los Muertos, a holiday celebrated across Latin America. This class will teach the history of this holiday and the traditions associated with it in an age appropriate manner. We will begin class with a dance along to songs from Elena of Avalor. Students will enjoy exploring the historical aspects of this holiday through a story time and slide show where they will learn about the history, traditions, how the holiday is observed, and how families celebrate and remember their loved ones. Students are encouraged to ask questions about things they are curious about. Following our fun story students will create their very own sugar skull mask.
