Pre-K/Preschool Circle Time Fun! Letters, Numbers, Colors & Shapes (1x/Week) The learning goals of this class are to help your child with the following: • Alphabet / Letters and Recognition • Letter Sounds • Phonemic Awareness • Beginning Letter Formation • Tracing Letters • Writing Letters • Shapes • Colors • Numbers • Beginning Math • Speaking Skills/Social with Show & Tell • Art Techniques and Fine Motor Skills with Arts & Crafts • Calendar and Numbers • Seasons • Sight Words • Rhyming • Patterns • Counting • Interactive fun slides to promote a fun and engaging way to learn • Kindergarten Readiness
I am a licensed and certified teacher with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and 15 years teaching experience in Pre-K, Preschool and Kindergarten classrooms. I have also taught online for 3 years. I am friendly, patient and encouraging. My goal is to have your child learn in a fun and engaging way and have them end class with a smile!

After class, I provide a lot of optional worksheets, activities and/or flashcards for more extended learning and fun outside of the classroom!Assessments Offered

Weekly: Letter & Number or Mini-Book Activity Worksheets to be printed. If you prefer not to print, paper or whiteboard may be used. Monthly Art Supply List: Will be provided each week for our themed art/craft. Crayons or markers and glue are used weekly. Supply list and worksheets are sent every Sunday. Thank you!
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
-Parents please help your child with mute/un-mute buttons in case of background noise. -When child is using scissors, pencils and glue (or small craft items), please supervise. -We will be doing small movements in class, please have a safe open area or your child. -Google slides are used in "screen share only" mode and are teacher created with the letter of the week and sight words.
