The book we're reading discusses the topic of making responsible decisions. All our teachers are trained to discuss the idea of making responsible decisions by examining the differences between wants and needs. The movement activities will consist of stretching, dancing, jumping, spinning, clapping, snapping, and some simple yoga poses (i.e. tree and cat poses). Students should have enough open space to complete these movement activities. Students should have on comfortable clothes and shoes whenever possible.
