Does your learner need a fun brain break from school or the holidays? In this 4-wk FLEX course, your prek-kindergarten learner will exercise their critical thinking, math, and motor skills by completing a variety of themed escape rooms (superhero, circus, mermaid, pirate) and activity crafts!

Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Younger learners will practice and learn their numbers, counting, and shapes while the older students will reinforce what they have already learned. Fun crafts related to the escape room theme will be completed to add additional learning.
Although not required, learners are welcome to post completed discussions and crafts to the section classroom page so I can give comments as necessary and everyone can view each others' work. Students may submit a video of their craft, favorite part of the escape room, or even what problems were easy or hard for them.
A list of supplies/worksheets for each week will be posted at various points during the week (see an example in my class description). Craft supplies can be found around the house or at your local dollar store! - printer - coloring utensils - generic craft supplies
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parents may be needed to help navigate students through the escape room if they get stuck. If you have any questions, please message me and I would be happy to help!
I have obtained permission to use the pictures and music for creating my escape room slides. The math problems and stories are I wrote on my own!
