This music will incorporate music, sign language, and singing - with a bit of movement to coordinate and elevate the connection between mind and body for littles. We will begin with introductions, between your teacher, Vasi, and each learner in the class. Next we will have a full body shakeout warmup to get everyone's minds and bodies awake and ready to engage! We will then move into a little bit of singing and signing! We will learn some basic ASL words and incorporate them into a song. We will also incorporate learning the first letters in everyone's names. We will incorporate some mind-body work and have a laugh with head, shoulders, knees, and toes. Next we will practice a clapping rhythm call and response. Finally, we will learn and sign a song together!

Parental Guidance
Because we will be moving our bodies a bit, we ask that there be enough space for free and safe movement.

Vasi has experience in a wide-variety of music and performing avenues. She portrayed Madame De La Grande Bouche for the International Tour of Disney's Beauty and the Beast. She has worked for multiple cruise lines as a solo pianist/vocalist, and she has a resume filled with additional Regional Theatre credits. She received her BFA in Music Theatre in 2014.
This multi-faceted woman is a vivacious, voluptuous, and vast artist. Her varied abilities range from professional vocalist and actor to dynamic pianist and musician. She loves nothing more than working on projects that encourage compassion and invite the audience to widen their perspective.
Connection is what she values above all. Whether she is traveling around the globe or working at home in NYC, she seeks genuine, world spanning, fully encompassing connection.
