Pre-K Letters & Numbers: Recognition, Sounds, Rote Counting (Ongoing 1x/Wk) CAMP
Class experience
In this course we will spend 30 minutes learning a new letter, its sound, and how to write it. In the other half of the session, we will be practicing our rote counting, number recognition and, how to write that number. We will practice with our weekly letter and number using different engagement tools including: songs, visual aids, and hand outs. Students will learn: 26 letters (upper and lowercase), 26 sounds, and how to write those 26 letters. They will also learn: Counting 1-30, Recognizing numbers 1-25, and how to write those numbers.
I have my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Birth-Kindergarten Education. I also hold my Georgia Teaching Certification with a Special Needs endorsement. I have 2 years of experience working with Pre-K while getting my degree 1 year in public school Kindergarten 3 years homeschooling Pre-K & I've loved every second of it! This is my passion!
Handouts used in class emailed to parents are optional to print. If not, paper and pencil/crayons will be perfectly fine.
