Description
Class Experience
In weekly ongoing, beginner level, class 3-4yr olds will get to practice coloring and cutting. Ms. Stephanie will post a unique and specially created pdf file to the classroom with a new seasonal theme that we will cut and color during class. If children prefer to draw on their own, I will describe the theme so they can participate in a similar manner using their own creativity. During class students will get practice introducing themselves, taking turns and listening as they practice scissor...
Students will learn proper scissor safety & use. Students will gain practice cutting a variety of lines and shapes. Students will gain practice coloring with a variety of mark making tools.
Stephanie is an art educator, Mom of 3 boys, artist and arts in healthcare professional. With a background in pre-k education Stephanie has taught countless little hand how to use scissors safely to build their confidence, motor skills and art making skills.

Parental guidance is required for this class as children will be using scissors. Parents please be available and alert to assist children with proper hand placement and guidance as they learn how to properly hold, pass, and cut with scissors. safety scissors.
