This ongoing preschool class is a Circle Time based class, with emphasis on language and social skills. This class will meet twice a week and is perfect for learners who are ready to begin or are already identifying some of their letters, sounds, numbers and 2D shapes! 📣Class sizes are small (5 learners max) to maximize quality interaction & focus📣 *Calendar Time: We will sing the "Days of the Week" song and talk about what day it is. Each learner will also have the opportunity to share about their current weather. *Letter & Number of the Week: Each week we will learn about a new letter and its corresponding sound and a number for the week. *Show & Tell: Learners are encouraged to bring an item relating to our weekly letter or theme to share with the class. Learners may practice: showing their item to the camera, describing their item, telling why they like their item, and giving compliments to peers about their items, etc. *Learning Activity: Each week, we will have a learning activity focusing on a specific skill. Targeted skills may include: following directions, counting, rhyming, patterns, colors, or social-emotional skills. *Although this is an ongoing course, you are welcome to sign up for just one class if you cannot commit to weekly classes. Are you ready for some fun preschoolers ?!🤗 Do you enjoy learning while singing and moving? Come join me... we will sing, learn about the calendar, talk about weather, letters/letter sounds, count, and learn some 2D/3D shapes. We will also get movement in by getting our wiggles out! You will even have a chance to socialize during our Question of the Day. I use slideshows (no account necessary) in screen-share that include pictures, numbers/words, and music to guide our lesson. My style is laid back, interactive, and fun. Come join us each week or any weeks that peak your interest! ⭐️Join at anytime⭐️ ⭐️All are WELCOME⭐️ ⭐️ESL friendly⭐️ **ESA & Charter Funds Accepted** If you have any questions, please reach out to me, I am always here to help. I am VERY excited to see you in class! ~Mrs. Tangie 📚 ******************************* 2024 - 2025 SCHEDULE ******************************************* Week 1- Sept 2 Week Letter: A Number: 1 Theme: School 📚👩🏽🏫 Week 2- Sept 9 Week Letter: B Number: 2 Theme: Community Helpers 👨🏻🚒👩🏻🍳 Week 3- Sept 16 Week Letter: C Number: 3 Theme: Fall 🍂 Week 4- Sept 23 Week Letter: D Number: 4 Theme: Transportation 🚂🛩️ Week 5 - Sept 30 Week Letter: E Number: 5 Theme: Farm Animals 🐷🦃 Week 6- Oct 7 Week Letters: F Numbers: 6 Theme: Zoo Animals 🐒 Week 7- Oct 14 Week Letters: G Number: 7 Theme: Favorite Superhero/Character 🦹🏽♀️🦸🏻 Week 8- Oct 21 Week Letters: H Numbers: 8 Theme: Fairy Tales 👸🏽🫅🏼 Week 9- Oct 28 Week Letters: I Number: 9 Theme: Pumpkins 🎃 Week 10- Nov 4 Week Letters: J Number: 10 Theme: Bats & Spiders 🕷️🦇 Week 11 - Nov 11 Week Letter: K Number: 11 Theme: Family 👩🏽👶🏼 Week 12 - Nov 18 Week Letter: L Number: 12 Theme: Turkey 🦃 Week - Nov 25 Week- Thanksgiving Break - no classes this week Week 13 - Dec 2 Week Letter: M Number: 13 Theme: Winter ❄️ Week 14 - Dec 9 Week Letter: N Number: 14 Theme: Arctic Animals 🐻❄️ Week 15 - Dec 16 Week Letter: O Number: 15 Theme: Gingerbread Week - Dec 23 Week- Christmas Break - no classes this week Week - Dec 30 Week- New Year's Break- no classes this week Week 16 - Jan 6 Week Letter: P Number: 16 Theme: Moon/Stars/Sun 🌞 Week 17 - Jan 13 Week Letter: Q Number: 17 Theme: Planets 🪐 Week 18 - Jan 20 Week Letter: R Number: 18 Theme: Recycling ♻️ Week 19- Jan 27 Week Letter: S Number 19 Theme: Sea Animals 🐳 Week 20- Feb 3 Week Letter: T Number 20 Theme: Feelings 😊🤯 Week 21- Feb 10 Week Letter: U Math: Addition Theme: Valentine 💘 Week 22 - Feb 17 Week Letter: V Math: Addition Theme: Strange Animals Week 23 - Feb 24 Week Letter: W Math: Subtraction Theme: Amphibians 🐸 Week 24 - Mar 3 Week Letter: X Math: Subtraction Theme: Insects 🐞🐜 Week 25 - Mar 10 Week Letter: Y Math: Greater Than/ Less Than Theme: Spring 🌦️🌻 Week - Mar 17 Week Spring Break- no classes this week Week 26- Mar 24 Week Letter: Z Math: Skip counting Theme: Mountains/Volcanoes 🌋 Week 27- Mar 31 Week Phonics: /ch/ /sh/ Math: Missing Numbers Theme: Rainbows 🌈 Week 28- Apr 7 Week Phonics: /th/ /wh/ Math: Shapes Theme: Healthy Foods 🥦🥕 Week 29 - Apr 14 Week Phonics: "at" word family Math: Measurement Theme: Flowers & Plants🪴 🌸 Week 30 - Apr 21 Week Phonics: "an" word family Math: Measurement Theme: Earth Day 🌎 Week 31 - Apr 28 Week Phonics: "it" word family Math: Picture Graphs Theme: Camping ⛺️ Week 32 - May 5 Week Phonics: "at" "an" "it" word families Math: Bar Graphs Theme: Summer🏖️
