Class Experience

Come practice Kindergarten math skills with a fun character theme! Students will practice math skills like counting, number recognition, colors, shapes, addition, grouping, and money along with some of their favorite characters from books, tv, and movies. This class is designed for students in Pre -K or Kindergarten who want practice with the state standards for Mathematics. This class is taught in English.

Students will practice mathematical concepts and gain confidence in foundational skills needed for Kindergarten.

Teacher Rebecca has a bachelors of science in mathematics and over 10 years experience in a traditional classroom setting and 3+ years teaching and tutoring mathematics online. Experience working with all grade levels and abilities of students from ages 4-18.

Your leaner will need pen and paper, or white board and expo marker to practice letter writing during class. Occasionally, a worksheet will be send to use in class, so printer access is preferable.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
