Pre-Algebra Review: One-Time Class

This class is designed to help students deepen their understanding of mathematical concepts as they begin to move into pre-algebra and algebra classes. I will explain each topic, demonstrate some examples until students feel comfortable trying it on their own, and then answer any questions that come up as we work through a few more examples. 

Interaction is important for learning, especially in math! We use the whiteboard, and students also can type their answers into the chat if they prefer. Questions are really important!! Students are able to ask questions throughout the lessons verbally, or they can type their questions into the chat if that's more comfortable. I really want to help, so any questions that come up will be addressed.

Prior Knowledge: students should be able to add and subtract, and have some skills in multiplication and division. Although math skills do build over time, students may join any class at any time and expect to learn that lesson's topic.
