Other Details

Learning Needs
Through engaging and interactive sessions, I incorporate multi-sensory techniques, utilize visual aids, and integrate movement breaks to cater to diverse learning styles. The structured environment ensures focus while promoting growth.
Parental Guidance
I do utilize Khan Academy for homework when there is a topic that the student needs additional practice on. We will work together in Khan Academy and sometimes I will assign sections for the student to work on after class. For students that I tutor long-term, I will create a Google classroom for them and put resources in it, to help them succeed in every way. If this sounds like something that would be beneficial for the student to have, then please create a free Gmail account so I can add them to my roster. The parents can also be added to this as well with a separate Gmail account if they so choose. I have a big fan of gamification, especially for learners with dyscalculia, ADHD, and other learning disabilities. I also utilize legends of learning, but an account is not necessary I will give you the username and password will be created by the student or I can create the password myself
Supply List
Learners should bring any materials relevant for the topics they would like to discuss during the class. Advance notice of the topics and questions is helpful but is NOT required. I recommend that the student create a Khan Academy Account so I can assign homework for them to gain additional practice if wanted or needed.
