Class Experience

Exposure is very important when learning a second language. This class will be about 75% in Spanish. Students will hear vocabulary words associated with the class theme, Family, about 8-10 words per class. As they hear and learn new words they will be asked to draw pictures to match the words. As they are drawing, I will use the words in everyday phrases to put them into context. Students will be encouraged to participate and repeat words but will never be forced if they're not ready to speak in Spanish. Prior Spanish language exposure is not necessary as the class is meant to be for beginners.
