With over 20 years of experience, Kim has raised funds for service projects, field trips, and week-long school trips. Kim helps students plan their own fundraisers so they meet their goals and parents have less stress and worry. Kim's 11-year-old daughter is currently involved in many fundraisers to provide support for service projects and to get donations to support children in foster care or who are going through medical treatments. With a lot of experience in fundraising, this course is planned to help each student meet their goal.
Students can submit their fundraising plan to be evaluated or receive a follow-up checklist to keep them on track.
The teacher will provide a workbook and checklist for the student to follow. Each individual fundraising plan, developed by the student, may require materials that students are responsible for.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
