30 mins in-class hours per weekClass Experience
Join our dynamic and engaging program where tween and teen girls will embark on a fun-filled fitness journey designed to enhance strength, flexibility, coordination, and mindfulness. Through age-appropriate Pilates exercises, girls will discover the joy of movement while developing a strong foundation of physical fitness. Our focus is on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing overall body awareness. Every exercise can be modified to ensure each child finishes feeling successful! Expect plenty of socialization, sharing, and games—fitness and friendship combined! What to Expect in Class: Each session will start with a fun warm-up to get everyone moving, followed by a series of Pilates-based exercises focusing on core strength, flexibility, and balance. We incorporate engaging challenges, partner activities, and short social breaks to encourage friendship and connection. The class wraps up with mindfulness exercises and stretches, leaving girls feeling strong, accomplished, and refreshed! Between the ages of 8 and 14, girls’ confidence levels can drop by 30%. While both genders face challenges during puberty, research shows that girls experience a more significant decline in confidence. The good news? Confidence can be nurtured and strengthened during these turbulent years. We're honored to provide a safe space where girls can try something new, feel encouraged, and always be celebrated. Our goal is for every girl to leave class feeling empowered, strong, and valued. See you on the mat, girl!
Learning Goals
Our goal for your child is to encourage a love for physical exercise and health by pouring our own love and passion into them! We seek to do this by providing engaging and uplifting workouts that your child will look forward to every week!
The program helps meet the CDC and American Heart Association's daily physical activity recommendations, promoting healthy weight, stronger bones and muscles, better heart and brain health, improved academic performance, and reduced long-term health risk.
