Class Experience

Learn about and practice positive thinking, while incorporating daily affirmations. Thought awareness is a big first step, yet through practice it can become normal thinking. The main goal is to cultivate more thoughts of self-love, and self-confidence.
There is no homework that is required, yet suggestions for practicing the skills learned will be given. 
 29 files available upon enrollment
Please print the 5 different affirmation drawing pages prior to class (I AM LOVED, I AM THANKFUL, I AM BRAVE, I AM SAFE, I AM HAPPY). Please have a notebook, or paper and pencil available for note taking!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
