I have been training dogs for 18 years. I have a psychology degree with a focus on animal behavior and a certificate in Applied Animal Behavior. I'm working on a Master of Social Work degree for Animal Assisted Therapy. I've worked at vet clinics, zoos, shelters, and run a seminar similar to this for as long as I've been training.
Keep a journal of the problems your dealing with. Include as many details as possible. Details may include time of day, people involved, weather, stressful events, and/or routine.
