We will define and talk about each of the following problems, tools, and methods: - Natural den instinct - How dogs learn (with rewards) - Dog crates - Playpen - Baby gate - Safe room - Leash tethered to you - Dog doors - Feeding schedule - Water schedule - Submissive peeing - Marking territory - Anxiety - Potty pads Scent attractant Scent deterrent Enzyme cleaners vs ammonia cleaners This information will be followed by time for questions and answers as well as what to do when you're doing everything right and it's still not working. Q&A for other common puppy and dog problems

Parental Guidance
Students may discus the dogs diet and routine. They are advised to seek parental guidance on what might help and to seek veterinary care for any onset of sudden behavioral changes or health matters.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I have been training dogs for 18 years. I have a psychology degree with a focus on animal behavior and a certificate in Applied Animal Behavior. I'm working on a Master of Social Work degree for Animal Assisted Therapy. I've worked at vet clinics, zoos, shelters, and run a seminar similar to this for as long as I've been training.
