This energetic and challenging class is taught by a certified Pilates instructor and physical therapist. We will start with introductions and a brief warm up and then move right into core work. We will work the abdominals, back muscles and hip muscles in a series of exercises ending with whole body exercises. I am a certified Pilates instructor and Physical therapist. I have taught Pilates for over 10 years and performed and taught dance for many years as well.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
