Description

Class Experience

I am a certified Pilates instructor and Physical therapist. I have taught Pilates for over 10 years and performed and taught dance for many years as well.  
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please contact me if your learner has an injury or if you have questions about your learner participating in this Pilates class.
