I will be teaching a simple lesson on pandas. We will be discussing its' physical appearance, sounds, habitat, diet, and cubs. I will be using a keynote presentation with pictures and some trivia that will played as a game throughout the lesson. I will give students points throughout the lesson as they find items that weigh what a baby cub weighs when it is born, 2 truths and a lie about its habitat, a multiple choice question about its diet and the sounds it makes. Students will learn the diet, habitat, physical appearance, and cubs of a panda bear. Students will be able to make their own torn paper panda and recall some facts about a panda.
Homework Offered
Students will create their own panda bear out of torn paper and write 3 facts they learned about pandas.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
