Class Experience

I have been a group fitness instructor for 4 years. 
Students will not be required to but encouraged to check in with the instructor regarding their intentions. Did you meet your goal? Did you struggle with some aspect of it? Let me know how you are doing!
Materials needed: Students will need a mat or towel, small dumbbells or other materials to be used as weights and a bottle of water. Due to students being engaged in exercise, parental supervision is advised.
The instructor will informally assess the students during class. Technique and form will be corrected if necessary to be sure our safety is guaranteed.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Students will be taking part in movement. Therefore, parental supervision is encouraged.
