In this class, learners will be led through a warm up, workout, and a cool down/stretch. The workout will be led in the style of a group fitness class where the instructor will ensure proper movement and technique throughout the class. Discussion during class will focus on positive thinking and setting goals. During warm up, we will focus on positive aspects of our day...'What's the best thing that happened today?' or 'What is one that that made you happy today?' Acknowledging the presence of positivity in our lives helps us to recognize and identify it more! Students will then be led in a 25-30 minute full body workout with the use of weights that will incorporate cardio, barre, strength training, kickboxing, and stretching. Students will set their intentions during the cool down. We will discuss the goals that they wish to achieve and methods in which to achieve them. 'What are some short term goals you would like to achieve?' Perhaps it is drinking more water or going for a daily walk. Once our intentions are set, we will discuss ways that we can be successful in achieving those goals.

Parental Guidance
Students will be taking part in movement. Therefore, parental supervision is encouraged.
Supply List
Materials needed: Students will need a mat or towel, small dumbbells or other materials to be used as weights and a bottle of water. Due to students being engaged in exercise, parental supervision is advised.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
