I teach Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and Life Skills courses designed to help young learners build self-awareness, resilience, and positive social connections. My courses align with CASEL’s SEL framework and incorporate a unique curriculum I developed and taught for a year in the classroom for grades K-6th before becoming independent.

In addition to teaching, I work part-time as a Creative Brand Director, bringing creativity and innovation to my lessons. I also hold a certification in Major Depression in the Population: A Public Health Approach from Johns Hopkins University, which has strengthened my commitment to mental wellness.
