Learning Targets: 1. Students will learn what self-talk is. 2. Students will be able to distinguish between positive and negative self-talk. 3. Students will be able to explain why it is important to have positive self-talk. 4. Students will be able to recognize and "recycle" their own negative self-talk.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
