In this class, students will write about and discuss their negative self-talk and how it holds them back in life. They will learn about a part of the brain called the reticular activating system that shows them things throughout the day that support what they are mostly thinking of. I am a life coach for kids, and a children's book author. I wrote a book for kids on this subject, because I feel like kids don't get enough guidance on how to have self-love and increase self-esteem and confidence. As a kid, I needed this guidance and it wasn't there. I want to help kids live the best life they can by teaching them skills that help them soar with confidence!
