Portraiture: Making a Portrait From Old Master - Mona Lisa (Leonardo Da Vinci)
In this multi-day lesson, students will learn how to sketch Mona Lisa for for four days. They will practice sketching a part of Mona Lisa's portrait and apply what they have learnt to their final copy of the painting.

Sketching an artwork which was completed by a old master artist has been a way to study art for long time. To unpack the techniques and perspectives of the old master, students will be guided to practice an area of the portrait and apply what they have learnt to their final sketch. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
