Learners should come prepared with a pencil and paper or an alternate writing device to respond actively to reading comprehension questions.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
The resources for lessons incorporate critical analysis of the problematic content shared about the global history of marginalized groups as a key learning goal that informs learners of these issues. We will collectively discuss education, opportunities, and civil rights among these groups from an academic, no-bias perspective. Learners will view weekly lessons and activities through a screen-shared presentation via Canva Slides.
