Class Experience
Get the popcorn popping! It is time to learn the Dolch list of First Grade Sight Words while playing a fun game of Bingo. Students will take turns calling out the Bingo words for their peers. This will allow students to have additional practice in memorizing sight words. Bingo cards and paper markers will be posted to the classroom the night before class. The goal is for students to practice memorizing sight words in a fun environment.
Students must print out a Bingo sheet. Students are free to use candy, cereal, or the provided markers to mark their cards.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
