Class Experience

Let's build a snowman together! This art project is so much fun! You will need a blue sheet of cardstock paper, two white sheets of cardstock paper, cotton balls, scissors, crayons and glue. Some students might need an adult to help draw the parts of the snowman (two arms, one large circle for the bottom, one medium circle for the middle, and a smaller circle for the top). Additionally, adult supervision may be needed for cutting. Students will love their happy pop-up snowman who looks like...

Students will use fine motor skills to draw, cut out and glue together the different parts of our snowman. They will use their creativity to give their snowman its own unique look.

I was the lead teacher in a preschool classroom for seven years and I ran a children's ministry for two years. I have taught many hands on art projects to students of various ages.

Cotton balls, preschool scissors, crayons, glue, one sheet blue cardstock, two sheets white cardstock.

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

This project requires the use of scissors. Parental supervision for the cutting portion is required.
