1 in-class hoursClass Experience
Students will learn about mapmaking and use their imagination to draw an imaginary world. After a face-to-face introduction we'll show a slideshow of illustrated old-world maps and discuss basic mapmaking and geography symbols and terms. A second camera that has a close-up view of our hands will be used during demonstrations. Learners will have the opportunity to share the world they are creating and show the rest of the class their drawing. Upon enrollment, you will receive a PDF. Please print it out before the class begins. We never cancel classes due to low enrollment. However, we will email you to let you know if your learner is the only one, in case they are uncomfortable with a one-on-one class.
