This beginner jazz dance class will introduce basic intro jazz steps. Students will feel like popstars as we dance, get #creative and sing-along to some popular hit songs!
Class experience
In this one-time class, the student will be introduced to a wide range of basic jazz steps in a fun and safe environment.This class will incorporate balance, energy, rhythm, and musicality relating to jazz dance. Students will also be introduced to proper stretching, basic dance steps, body placement, a dance combination, as well as a cool down. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Due to the physical fitness of dance, please provide water for your child to keep them hydrated. I also ask to please have a clear, open work space availble to avoid the risk of any injury during the class.
