Class Experience

US Grade Preschool - Kindergarten
Beginner Level
Pony Powered Reading. This class is s a self paced class and lessons do not build. Sessions can be done in a sequence or at any time. We will be covering letters of the alphabet but not in sequence. On the lesson for each letter we will learn about letter recognition, letter sounds (phonics), and have an interactive reading activity with our pony pals. The teaching style is laid back and interactive. Learners will have some at home activities like practicing the letters we have learned or asking a grown up to read a favorite book with them. Learners will interact with lectures, slides, and discussion.
Learning Goals
Learners will learn letters of the alphabet, letter sounds, and blending letters for beginning words. These will be done with discussion, lecture, and interactive sessions including our miniature pony pals as helpers.
