Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Polymer Bake Clay (any brand you prefer, for reference I use Sculpey) Basic Sculpting tools, toothpick, dotting tool (for eye sockets and texture) A Baking sheet covered with parchment paper (don’t bake directly on it) A cutting tool A non stick surface to work on A small rolling pin or paintbrush handle or anything smooth to roll out small pieces of clay. Variety of colors of polymer clay (light green, black, pink, brown, tan) OPTIONAL: Clear Polyurethane or glaze for after baking Eye pins (to turn into charms before baking) Black GLASS beads for eyes 4mm size (otherwise black clay)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
**Polymer clay requires baking according to the package direction. (Generally ~275 °F, depending on your brand of clay). You may do this after class. Parental help is necessary.
