Hello and Welcome, My name is Lance Davis and I am your Instructor for this 3-day Police Academy Summer Camp. In this camp, students (cadets) will get valuable information about the Law Enforcement career which includes: Different Agencies throughout the U.S., Roles of Police Officers, Describing People and Vehicles, Basic Police Officers Response to Crime Scenes, and we will finish up the last day with students figuring out “what happened” in crime scenes by establishing certain clues. This program is tailored for students ages 13-18. There will be a few minutes of extra time at the end of each day for questions and answers. There will be some dramatized scenes on the last day which includes the given look of blood. *ACTIVE PARTICIPATION & HAVING CAMERAS ON AT ALL TIMES IS REQUIRED!

Students (Cadets) will gain valuable information about what police officers do on a daily basis.

Parental Guidance
Due to this being a criminal justice related program, there will be some violent videos and harsh language mainly in the patrol officer and crime scene investigation section that may not be suitable for some learners in some of the topics covered.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Teacher expertise and credentials
Bachelor's Degree from Liberty University
I have been in the law enforcement field for the past 25-years and although I am not an active full-time officer anymore, I am still a part-time officer and I currently teach 10th-12th grade students criminal justice related courses in this field.
