Class Experience

1) (Optional). Students will be allowed to share their pokemon cards, games, books, toys, art, etc during class. It might be beneficial to have the items they wish to share accessible before class. 2) (Optional). Students are allowed to annotate using Zoom by drawing on a coloring page (also posted to the classroom discussion, so you can download and/or print at your leisure). This feature is not available on all equipment (e.g., mobile phones), so if you might be interested, some options are a) printing the coloring page to have during class, b) downloading to color another time, or c) hang out and chat. Coloring is definitely not something all kids are interested in and it is absolutely not mandatory. 3) (Optional). We might do some drawing during discussion using a how-to-draw page from Nintendo's website. If your learner might be interested, it may help to have a pencil and paper nearby.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
