Class Experience
Be a battle beast in Pokémon Go! This course will help your student understand the unique battle system found in the mobile game Pokémon Go! We will cover the strengths and weaknesses of each Pokémon type and what kinds of combinations are most effective. Students will be paired up with the other students in which they will have the opportunity to apply different tips and tricks that the elite Pokémon trainers use in the Premier Battle League. We will focus on strategies that will require multitasking and critical thinking. Students will learn how logic plays a part in Pokémon weaknesses and strengths.
I am currently a Level 37 Pokemon Go! Trainer and have been playing Pokemon since 1997 when the original Pokemon Red/Blue games debuted in the U.S.
Please have the Pokémon Go! game installed on a smart device with a players profile ready for playing that is linked to wifi or data. Please have your student prepared with at least one team of 3 Pokémon to battle with.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
No parental guidance is needed. Sharing your Pokemon Go! Trainer Code is safe in that it will only allow players to share items with each other and to battle within the game.
