Class Experience
Did you know their is an actual GAME to the Pokémon Trading Card Game? It might sound strange but I'm not even kidding! Kids get so worried about the how cool their Pokémon cards look, that you spend so much money on, instead of worry about what all of the numbers, words, and symbols on the cards actually mean. - Students will learn how to play the Pokémon Trading Card Game. We will also work on basic math skills, problem solving, strategic thinking, making predictions, and social skills.
No martials are required. I do that so everyone can be involved. However, the following items may be helpful. -Your Pokemon Cards (to build a deck and show cool ones!) -Markers, colored pencils, or a writing utensil (for making a game board) -Poster board, big (17x11) size paper, etc (for making game board) -Any Pokémon memorabilia you want to bring is fine just know that we may or may not have a chance to talk about it!
