Class Experience

Welcome to Pokemon Sword and Shield Gaming Play Social Class. This social club is for those who love Pokemnon and want to learn the game Pokemon Sword on the Nintendo Switch. 

This class is for those who want to learn how to be a Pokemon master in Pokemon Sword and Shield. We will spend most of the class in gameplay but will spend some time each class simply talking about our love for Pokemon.

Each week, students are encouraged to bring their Switch console and Pokemon Sword or Shield game....

As a father to an active 7 year old, I know that learning must be fun. The early years of a child’s education is critical not only for their future success but also their enjoyment of learning. I want to start kids off right on this journey. I am a long timer Pokemon gamer and play weekly with my own son. 

I have a BA in Student Ministry with over a decade experience teaching children. I have over 4 years of experience teaching children on online platforms and pride myself on never letting kids get bored yet always be learning. I previously held credentials through the State of Ohio Department of Education (now expired). I have a passion for helping children succeed.

Have your own Nintendo Switch with a copy of Pokemon Sword and Shield is encouraged but not required.

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
