What will be taught? Players will be taught how to solve a problem related to the following: Math, and English Language Arts. Math concepts that students will go over depends on their choice of level. The concepts for math will include Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Comparing Numbers, Adding & Subtracting Fractions and Matching Shapes. English Language Arts concepts that I will go over depend on their choice of level. The concepts for English Language Arts will include prepositions, complete sentences, fragments, capitalization, spelling, synonyms & antonyms. How will I teach? Students will be selected to answer a question. If they miss the question, I will guide student with understanding how to solve the question. Student will receive only one way of solving the question. Expectations: Students are expected to choose levels between 3rd-5th level. Questions would reflect these levels. If they choose an advance level than the student must listen and focus to understand how to solve the question. Class Structure: This will be a fun energized/positive class setting with teacher-guided board game style play. Students must mute themselves to let others talk but please be warn that might not always happen so let us always be respectful and try our best. Prior Knowledge: Math: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Comparing Numbers, Adding & Subtracting Fractions and Matching Shapes. English Language Arts: prepositions, complete sentences, fragments, capitalization, spelling, synonyms & antonyms.
