Class Experience
Let's go on a quest to evolve our Pokémon! In this 45 minute class, we will begin with a discussion about our favorite Pokémon, their abilities, and evolution. All learners will get a chance to show, tell, and converse with their peers (if they choose). After our share, we will begin our quest with a lively warm-up, transitioning to our quest. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
It's important for participants to have on comfortable shoes, room to move freely, and some water nearby. Although this is a workout class, participants will be doing simple movements, in repetition, to work up a sweat! Prior to starting our training, we will stretch together as a class.
