Pokemon Grammar Rescue: Fun & Engaging 1:1 Grammar Tutoring

Welcome to Pokémon Grammar Rescue! 🏥✨

In this exciting one-on-one class, learners become Pokémon Trainers, using their “Poké Tools” to diagnose and treat grammar issues in their Pokémon patients! Each session is learner-paced, focusing on the specific grammar skills your learner needs most.

🩺 How It Works: 

Each session starts with an introduction to the grammar rule of the day, customized to the learner’s needs.

Learners will team up with Miss Sammi to help Pokémon like Pikachu with run-on sentence issues or Charmander with confusion between nouns and adjectives.

Using their grammar “Poké Tools” (nouns, verbs, adjectives, punctuation, etc.), learners will perform “rescue missions” to heal and improve sentences in need of care.

✨ Capitalization & punctuation – Fix missing periods, commas, and capital letters.
📝 Sentence structure – Identify and correct run-on sentences & fragments.
🔄 Subject-verb agreement – Ensure sentences sound correct. (She runs vs. She run)
🤔 Tricky homophones – Master your/you’re, their/they’re/there, and more!
🗣 Quotation marks & dialogue – Learn how to write speech correctly.
✏️ Editing & proofreading – Strengthen skills through hands-on sentence corrections.
