Kids will learn to train like fighting type Pokemon. I will blend real combat sports techniques from different martial arts (boxing, karate, Muay Thai, etc.) with Pokemon fun! Each class we will train like a different fighting Pokemon.

I will teach them proper punches, kicks, elbows and knees. This course will incorporate boxing and kickboxing technique with some Pokemon fun. We will first warm up our body to get ready for fight training. Then we will learn the techniques of the day. After that we will go into our combinations which will incorporate actual fighting type Pokemon moves. Learners of all abilities are welcome! No boxing/fighting/martial arts experience required! Parental Guidance
Parental supervision is recommended for students with respiratory problems or physical disabilities. Students will need water, workout clothing (no jeans or skirts) and an open space where they can move around and throw kicks/punches. Indoors/outdoors is fine. Preferably barefoot but if students only have an outdoor space to exercise, shoes are OK.
