I will teach them proper punches, kicks, elbows and knees. This course will incorporate boxing and kickboxing technique with some Pokemon fun. We will first warm up our body to get ready for fight training. Then we will learn the techniques of the day. After that we will go into our combinations which will incorporate actual fighting type Pokemon moves. Learners of all abilities are welcome! No boxing/fighting/martial arts experience required! Each week we will train like a different fighting type Pokemon! Week of 5/23: Poliwrath Week of 5/30: Urshifu Week of 6/6: Hariyama Week of 6/14: Hitmontop Week of 6/21: Infernape

Parental Guidance
Parental supervision is recommended for students with respiratory problems or physical disabilities. Students will need water, workout clothing (no jeans or skirts) and an open space where they can move around and throw kicks/punches. Indoors/outdoors is fine. Preferably barefoot but if students only have an outdoor space to exercise, shoes are OK.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I lived and trained in Thailand for several months and I am a continuing student of Muay Thai. Always learning! I taught multiple virtual Muay Thai summer camps for El Paso Independent School District last year. I am a public high school science teacher and have experience being a head wrestling coach.
